Turning humidity into pure water through precision cooling

Every WATAIRLO unit begins by drawing in ambient air through a high-efficiency intake fan.

Air Intake & Pre-Filtration. Before anything else, this air passes through a pre-filter that removes dust, pollen, and fine particles, ensuring that only clean air enters the condensation chamber.

Condensation Phase. Inside, the purified air flows over a thermodynamic cooling coil engineered to reach the dew point temperature, the exact threshold where moisture in the air turns into liquid water.

Collection & Storage. The condensed droplets run down the coil and are collected in a sealed stainless-steel reservoir, protected from any external contamination.

Optimal performance occurs between 60 % – 90 % relative humidity, conditions commonly found in tropical and coastal environments.

From Consended Air to Pure Water

Once condensed, the water passes through several purification stages that remove all physical, chemical, and biological impurities.

Pre-Carbon Filter. Captures dust, fine particles, VOCs, and chlorine residues, improving taste and protecting the system.

Activated Carbon Filter. Eliminates hydrocarbons, pesticides, odors, and organic compounds through deep adsorption, leaving the water neutral and clean.

RO Membrane or UV Sterilization. Depending on the model, the final stage either:

  • RO: blocks 99.9 % of bacteria, heavy metals, and dissolved salts, or

  • UV: destroys microorganisms with 254 nm ultraviolet light.

Each WATAIRLO machine is tested in certified laboratories to guarantee purity, stability, and safety.

The water is analyzed for key indicators such as TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) — a global measure of purity and mineral balance.

  • TDS 40–70 ppm : optimal range for clean, natural-tasting water

  • Bacteria, viruses, heavy metals : not detected

  • pH ≈ 7.0 : perfectly neutral

    All components are compliant with CE, RoHS, and NSF/ANSI 61 standards, ensuring safe materials and long-term reliability.
